Community Solar Information Session

December 4, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Come learn how you can make the easy switch to local solar energy without installing any panels on your roof and SAVE MONEY!
Anyone who pays an electric bill (including renters) can subscribe to a local solar project, helping to build stronger communities, fight climate change, and save money – 5% discount below your utility rate.
Community Solar offers the benefit of solar power to those who can’t or don’t want to install solar panels on their homes. If you subscribe to a Community Solar project, you will receive a credit on your electric bill each month for the energy produced by your share.

Transition Howard County, HoCo Climate Action & Emmanuel UMC, are partnering with Neighborhood Sun to provide a way to go solar without installing panels and without upfront fees. Come and learn how community solar works.

Visit www.hococlimateaction.org/solar or www.neighborhoodsun.solar/thoco or www.eumclaurel.org/solar to learn more.

You can get the benefits of affordable, clean solar energy without installing anything on your roof.
Available for those who are signed up for Wind Power
