Panorama Billing Questions

First, let me apologize to those of you that have already updated your information either on your own, by talking to me, or to Zach.  If you’ve already taken care of this, then accept our thanks and ignore the rest of this message.  Better to send an additional email than to let anyone fall through the cracks.

For those of you who have reached out to us but have not been able to resolve your issues, I hope that this is helpful.
You can log into your account by clicking HERE – your login is your email address that is receiving this message and the password is whatever you had selected when you first enrolled.  If you don’t recall what that is you can hit the “forgot password” button to have it reset.

On the left side menu you want to click on the “$ Billing” and then select the edit button on the right hand side of your payment selection and click on save at the bottom of the page when you’re done.  Once you’ve done that I’d appreciate if you would reply to this and let me know.

Also note that the charges for this first round of billing is for 2 full summer months worth of electricity (Pepco didn’t read the meter in July) and so the number of credits received were more than double what was expected.

Lastly, the charge appears as “Nautilus Skipjack” which is the name of the developer of the solar farm. We are working to correct that so it appears as NS – Panorama in the future.
