Aleisha is an energy and climate consultant with over 20 years of experience in project design and management. She leads a five-year, $20 million plus program for USAID advancing urbanization, land tenure, and locally-led development solutions. Aleisha has advised on energy efficiency programs and led advocacy efforts for utilities, private companies, local and state governments, and federal agencies throughout her career. Her experience also includes establishing public-private partnerships and advancing green-growth urban solutions. Aleisha has lived in Montgomery County for 17 years. She has a bachelors and masters in architecture from the University of Illinois, and a masters in natural resource economics and policy from Duke University.
