Armando has decided long ago that he couldn’t sit idle and watch the climate emergency go unchecked. He has an M.Sc. in Global Environmental Change Management (in Germany from 2014) that completes his B.A. in Human Geography (in Italy from 2008). In the past he advocated for stronger climate policies and sustainable food systems, contributing to a growing body of research.
As Sales and Development Manager at Neighborhood Sun, he’s excited that solar energy can finally be brought to the scale we need and drastically reduce CO2 emissions. Armando’s been part of Neighborhood Sun from the beginning and directly or indirectly facilitated enrollments of about 2500 households across Maryland.
When not working he can be spotted growing vegetables and herbs in the yard, basking in the Sun (what a surprise!), playing board games, hiking or biking in the great outdoors.
