Renewable energy proponent Gary Skulnik wants everybody to get in on solar power – even if they have no roof to put the panels on.
In early April Skulnik launched Neighborhood Sun, which allows Maryland and D.C. residents to “subscribe” to solar power projects and get the amount credited on their electric bill.
